Royal Decree appoints Rifai as HCST secretary-general

AMMAN — A Royal Decree has been issued appointing Mashhour Rifai as secretary-general of the Higher Council for Science and Technology (HCST) as of October 19. A statement by HCST, cited by the Jordan News Agency, Petra, said that Rifai has 30 years of experience in administrating higher education institutions.
