Royal Court chief attends Shoubaki’s funeral

AMMAN — Deputising for His Majesty King Abdullah, Royal Court Chief Yousef Issawi on Thursday attended the funeral of retired Gen. Faisal Shoubaki, former head of the General Intelligence Department, who was buried in Sahab cemetery.

Issawi conveyed His Majesty’s condolences to the Shoubaki family, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

Shoubaki also served as a councillor for His Majesty and an ambassador in Morocco.
