AMMAN — The Royal Academy of Culinary Arts has achieved a 100 per cent employment rate for its 2025 graduates of the bachelor’s degree in food and beverage management, with all graduates now working across the culinary, hospitality, and related sectors.
Academy Director Chef Jacques Rossel noted that diploma graduates recorded a 91 per cent employment rate between 2022 and 2024, reflecting the “strength” of the academy’s programmes, developed and certified by École Hôtelière de Lausanne, and the growing confidence of employers in its graduates, according to an academy statement.
He added that the academy’s model, combining practical training, specialised education, and direct industry exposure, continues to produce highly employable graduates who contribute to the growth of the hospitality sector in Jordan and beyond.
Most graduates are employed in Jordan, while 40 per cent have secured roles in international markets, including the United States, UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia, across sectors such as hospitality, tourism, aviation, and entrepreneurship.
Chairman of the Board of Trustees Wajih Owais emphasised that this achievement reflects the academy’s commitment to aligning education with labour market needs and preparing graduates for professional environments locally and globally.
