Robbed euros in Irbid seized, suspect arrested — PSD

AMMAN — Public Security Department’s (PSD) Criminal Investigation Department personnel uncovered the circumstances surrounding the robbery of 171,000 euros from a house in Irbid and have seized all the stolen money, the Jordan news agency, Petra, reported on Saturday.

A PSD source was quoted in Petra as saying that one of the family members was suspected and he later confessed that he took the money allegedly to protect it. Case was referred to the judiciary.
