AMMAN — Royal Jordanian Airlines (RJ) on Tuesday announced the suspension of all flights to and from London between December 21 and January 3, due to a new strain of the coronavirus detected in Britain.
In a statement, carried by the Jordan News Agency, Petra, RJ also announced it suspended all Saudi Arabia flights for one week as of December 21, following a decision by the Saudi aviation authority to suspend international commercial flights for a renewable week over fears of the new coronavirus strain.
Kuwait flights were also suspended between December 21 and January 1, as the Gulf country has shut its air borders, RJ added. RJ called on its passengers who have reservations to and from the UK, Saudi Arabia or Kuwait to visit rj.com, contact an authorised travel agent or call 009625100000 for assistance.
