AMMAN — The Public Sector Development Ministry said Tuesday it has recommended connecting the electronic systems of the Chief Islamic Justice Department (CIJD) and Sharia courts with those of the Civil Status Department, the Department of Lands and Survey and the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Department.
Ministry Spokesperson Saad Amour said the recommendations are listed in the ministry’s latest technical report, noting that the services offered at Sharia courts and CIJD require their recipients to bring documents from other departments, especially the ones mentioned in the report.
