Regent meets with Gendarmerie director

AMMAN — HRH Crown Prince Hussein, the Regent, on Tuesday visited the Gendarmerie Department and met with its Director Maj. Gen. Ahmad Sweilmin.

Crown Prince Hussein was briefed by Sweilmin on the achievements of the department, and its plans and future training programmes.

The Regent expressed pride in the department’s personnel and their efforts to safeguard the country.

Sweilmin said the department will continue to shoulder its security and humanitarian responsibilities.
