Real estate trade volume increased by 17% in 2022

AMMAN — The real estate trade volume in the Kingdom went up by 17 per cent in 2022 to reach JD5.85 billion, the Department of Land and Survey announced on Wednesday.
The department said that its revenue in 2022 increased by 29 per cent to JD270 million compared with 2021, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The department noted that the real estate purchases in 2022 decreased by 10 per cent compared with 2021.
