AMMAN — The trading volume in the real estate market in the Kingdom reached approximately JD6.96 billion in 2023. According to a report from the Department of Lands and Survey, the revenue value decreased by 0.5 per cent compared with 2022, reaching around JD257.7 million, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported. The report also indicates a 5 per cent decline in real estate sales activity in the Kingdom by the end of 2023, as apartment sales decreased by 6 per cent, and land sales decreased by 4 per cent compared with 2022.
