Queen Noor honoured for advocating for youth issues

AMMAN — Her Majesty Queen Noor recently received the Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak International Award of Arab Youth in recognition of her support for youth issues.

During a ceremony, held in Abu Dhabi on Sunday, the Queen thanked Sheikha Fatima for her continued support for women and youth causes, stressing the importance of the award in encouraging young Arabs to take part in sustainable development.

The Queen also discussed issues of concern to Arab women with Sheikha Fatima during a lunch banquet held in her honour.
