Public works minister meets Palestinian peer

AMMAN – Minister of Public Works and Housing Sami Halaseh on Monday met with his Palestinian counterpart Mufid Hasayneh, according to a statement from the Ministry of Public Works and Housing.

In a memorandum signed by both ministers, they ensured cooperation in developing work specifications and building codes related to constructional works, and to share expertise in designing and constructing mega projects.

Halaseh and Hasayneh also discussed several issues that concern both ministries including the importance of holding periodical meetings.
