Public urged to report charity societies campaigning for candidates

AMMAN — The Ministry of Social Development on Monday called on citizens who have information on charity societies campaigning for candidates in the September 20 elections to come forward.

Violations involving social workers promoting specific candidates or using their organisation’s resources for campaign purposes can be reported to the ministry by calling 0798518259 or via WhatsApp.

Alternatively, they can contact any of the ministry’s social media pages or e-mail the ministry on [email protected] with their complaints, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
