Public agencies urged to facilitate procedures for people with disabilities

AMMAN — Prime Minister Abdullah Ensour on Tuesday directed ministries and public departments to streamline and facilitate services for people with disabilities at public agencies.
In a circular, the premier stressed that priority should be given to persons with disabilities, the elderly and those suffering from illnesses when they seek government services.
He also requested the establishment of an aftercare customer service to follow up and report on the quality of provided services.
The premier requested that all public entities abide by these instructions.
