AMMAN — HRH Princess Ghida Talal, Chairperson of the King Hussein Cancer Foundation and Centre’s Board of Trustees, on Wednesday launched the 10th Arab Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign, urging women in a video message to undergo early detection tests.
The campaign, organised under the Jordan Breast Cancer Programme, aims to raise awareness across Arab societies about breast cancer and the life-saving importance of early screening, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The 2025 edition brings together organisations and institutions dedicated to the fight against cancer, with participation from more than 15 countries, including Algeria, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Oman, Mauritania, Palestine, Egypt, Lebanon, Sudan, Iraq, Libya, Yemen, Tunisia, Qatar and Jordan.
