Princess Alia calls for protecting endangered animals, plants

AMMAN — HRH Princess Alia has called for implementing international accords, including the CITES (the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora), to protect endangered animals and plants.
Princess Alia was speaking at a meeting on he importance of coordinating efforts and boosting cooperation among member states of the CITES agreement, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported on Wednesday.
