Prince Talal sworn in as Regent

AMMAN — HRH Prince Talal bin Mohammad was sworn in on Thursday as Regent in the presence of Cabinet members, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

His Majesty King Abdullah on Wednesday departed for Spain at the start of a working visit to Europe that will include stops in the United Kingdom and France, according to a Royal Court statement.
