Portugal, Netherlands ambassadors present credentials

AMMAN — Foreign Ministry Secretary General Yousef Bataineh on Monday received the credentials of Portugal's ambassador Maria Muncela Franco, as accredited and non-resident ambassador to Jordan.

Bataineh also received a copy of the credentials of Dutch ambassador Harry Verweij, as accredited and resident ambassador of the Netherlands to Jordan.

Bataineh wished the newly appointed ambassadors success in their missions in advancing relations between Jordan and their respective countries, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
