Police chief receives industrialists

AMMAN — Public Security Department (PSD) Director Maj. Gen. Ahmad Sarhan Faqih on Thursday received Amman Chamber of Industry (ACI) President Ziad Homsi and its board members, at his office, a PSD statement said.

Faqih said the PSD is tasked with providing a safe environment for investments, protecting employees and addressing issues that face investors.

For his part, Homsi commended the cooperation between the ACI and the PSD, noting the police’s swift responses to the chamber’s requests.
