Police chief meets with French ambassador

AMMAN — Public Security Directorate (PSD) Director Maj. Gen. Obaidallah Maaytah on Sunday met with French Ambassador Alexis Le Cour in Jordan. The two sides discussed ways to strengthen joint cooperation and facilitate the exchange of expertise between the two countries’ security services.

Maaytah stressed his keenness to strengthen strategic partnership with France in various fields, and particularly in civil protection systems, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported. The French ambassador extended his appreciation to the PSD, stressing the importance of cooperation between the two countries.
