Police chief discusses security cooperation with Indonesia

AMMAN — Public Security Department (PSD) Director Maj. Gen. Ahmad Faqih on Wednesday received Gen. Syafruddin, deputy chief of the Indonesian National Police, and discussed issues of concern for both sides, according to a PSD statement.

In the presence of Indonesia’s Ambassador to Jordan Teguh Wardoyo, Faqih acquainted Syafruddin with the PSD’s plans to develop the capacities of its staff, and its efforts to exchange expertise with several countries. The Indonesian official called for developing cooperation in all aspects of police work.
