AMMAN — Poland appreciates Jordan’s “policy of transformations”, including the successful efforts of His Majesty King Abdullah in implementing positive reforms in Jordan, Polish Ambassador Krzysztof Bojko said on Wednesday.
According to Bojko, Warsaw’s relations with Amman are strong and historical in all spheres, and were recently strengthened in the field of defence.
“In that context, the most important event was the signing of an agreement between Poland and Jordan on cooperation in the field of defence in May 2014,” the diplomat said at the launch of his book “Polish-Jordanian Relations”, which traces the development of Jordanian-Polish relations since the establishment of Transjordan in 1921 and until 2014.
