PM urges commitment to employment quota for PWDs

AMMAN — Prime Minister Abdullah Ensour on Monday directed the Labour Ministry to ensure the private sector companies are committed to the law on persons with disabilities (PWDs).

He also directed the president of the Civil Service Bureau to apply the minimum rate of 4 per cent of employees from PWD in public institutions, providing that the work nature allows their recruitment.
