PM suggests implementation of national human rights plan

AMMAN — Prime Minister Omar Razzaz on Sunday urged ministries and government departments to highlight Jordan’s role in developing and enhancing human rights, and to implement a comprehensive human rights plan in consultation with various stakeholders.

In a communiqué published on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of Human Rights Day, Razzaz affirmed the importance of holding activities to celebrate the occasion in coordination with the office of the Government Coordinator for Human Rights at the Prime Ministry, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
