PM approves resuming of Bus Rapid Transit construction work

AMMAN — Prime Minister and Minister of Defence Omar Razzaz on Sunday approved Amman Mayor Yousef Shawarbeh's request to resume construction work on the Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) project.

Shawarbeh affirmed that work on BRT infrastructure projects will resume as of Tuesday, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

Protective gear will be provided to all personnel working on the project to ensure their health and safety, Shawarbeh added.
