Palestine ambassador praises King’s Speech from the Throne

AMMAN — Palestine’s Ambassador to Jordan Atallah Khairy on Wednesday praised His Majesty King Abdullah’s Speech from the Throne, expressing Jordan’s "firm, unaltered and supportive" stances for the Palestinian people and their just and legitimate rights. Khairi commended His Majesty's acknowledgement of the serious escalation in Palestine and that the sole solution to end the cycle of violence and killing of innocent people is for the Palestinians to establish a sovereign and independent state on the borders of June 4, 1967 with east Jerusalem as its capital, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
