Overturning accidents see two dead, one injured — PSD

AMMAN — A driver on Monday died from serious injuries he sustained in an overturning accident while driving his truck in Muwaqqar area in Amman, according to the Public Security Department (PSD).

The department said that East Amman PSD paramedics have transferred the body to Jameel Al Totangi Public Hospital, according the Jordan News Agency, Petra. The PSD said that also on Monday, one person died and another was injured in an overturning car accident in Aqaba.

The department said that paramedics of the Aqaba PSD provided the necessary first aid to the injured person, whose injuries were described as moderate, and transferred the body of the deceased to Prince Hashim Military Hospital, Petra reported.
