AMMAN — The National Employment Programme 2022 (Tashgheel), which was launched last May, has served a total of 10,115 beneficiaries, of which 4,471 were males and 5,644 were females.
The number of job vacancies advertised through Tashgheel reached 39,627, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported. A total of 1,325 companies submitted applications to join the programme, 702 of which signed employment agreements with the Ministry of Labour.
The programme targets potential employees aged 18 to 40 years, and aims to provide 60,000 private sector jobs.
