One dead, two injured in Jordan Valley road accident

KARAK — One man died and two people were injured on Wednesday when their car overturned in the Ghweibeh area in the southern Jordan Valley, according to Ghor Safi Hospital Administrative Director Mahmoud Aouneh.

Civil Defence Department personnel took the three men to the hospital, he said, adding one man, who was in his sixties, died in the operating room as a result of internal bleeding.

The condition of the two others was fair, he noted.
