One dead, four injured in separate road accidents

KARAK/AMMAN — Two people were injured on Monday in a three-vehicle collision on Thanieh Bridge, according to the Civil Defence Department (CDD).

The injured were taken to hospital, and the road was cleared in cooperation with Karak traffic police, according Karak CDD Director Col. Abdulhadi Sarairah.

On Saturday, a man in his twenties was killed and two people were injured in a traffic collision near the Civil Defence Department traffic lights in Madaba. CDD personnel took the injured to Al Nadeem Hospital.
