Olympic committee commends Crown Prince’s support for young people

AMMAN — The Jordan Olympic Committee (JOC) on Saturday commended HRH Crown Prince Hussein’s efforts in supporting young people.
University football and basketball leagues are currently being held under the patronage of the Crown Prince.
The leagues enable students to spend their free time positively, according to JOC Secretary General Lana Jaghbeer.
She said the JOC is organising the championships in cooperation with 10 universities and other stakeholders, with the aim of discovering talents that could contribute to Jordanian sports.
