New Japan ambassador presents credentials

AMMAN — General Secretary of the Foreign Ministry Yousef Bataineh on Sunday received a copy of the credentials of Japan's new resident ambassador to Jordan Shimazaki Kaoru.
During his meeting with the newly appointed envoy, Bataineh wished the new ambassador success in his mission, praising the "distinguished" relations between the two countries, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
