New HCD board members appointed

AMMAN —The Council of Ministers on Tuesday decided to appoint new members of the board of trustees of the Higher Council for the Affairs of People with Disabilities (HCD) for the coming four years, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

The board, chaired by HH Prince Mired, will include representatives of the persons with disabilities: Shaman Majali, Adam Omari, Mohammad Abu Milhim, Saleh Shrufat, Asma Masaadeh, Asma Ibrahim, Assia Yaghi, Hadeel Abu Sufah and Amirah Al Jamal.

Representatives of the persons with disabilities’ families: Ali Murad, Hana Shawarbeh and Lama Sedawi. Representatives of experts in disabilities: Basil Tarawneh, Zuheir Zakaria, Yousef Qaryouti, Ihssan Saree, Widad Aqroon, Rana Shaaban and Amal Nahass.
