New badia fund board appointed by Royal Decree

AMMAN — A Royal Decree was issued on Saturday appointing the board of trustees of the Hashemite Fund for the Development of the Badia, to be chaired by Sharifa Zein Bint Nasser.

The board of trustees will include another 11 members for a term of four years.

They are Hamdi Tabbaa, Shihadeh Abu Hdeib, Nayef Bakhit, Noozad Qudsi, Maha Seitan Madi (of the Northern Badia), Fayad Qudah (of the Central Badia), and Fares Abu Tayeh (of the Southern Badia).

The board will also comprise secretaries general of the ministries of education, water, agriculture, and planning and international cooperation, under the Royal Decree.
