Neither Ramon Airport nor any other airport substitutes for ‘Jordanian depth’ — Palestinian PM

AMMAN — Palestinian Prime Minister Mohammad Ishtayeh on Wednesday expressed appreciation for Jordan's efforts to ease the Palestinians' movement through bridges, notably extending work hours.
He stressed that the hindering of the Palestinian movement came from the Israeli side. Neither Ramon Airport nor any other airport are alternative to the Jordanian "depth", he said, stressing that in case the Israeli side is attempting to ease measures for Palestinians, they should open Jerusalem International Airport for the Palestinian movement.
Prime Minister Bisher Al Khasawneh and his Palestinian counterpart Mohammad Ishtayeh inaugurated Al Ramah Power Plant to provide the Palestinians with electricity.
Jordan is committed to facilitating the Palestinians movement via King Hussein Bridge to the Kingdom, and from which to the other countries, Khasawneh added, according to a Prime Ministry statement.
