NCRD holds workshop on Public Procurement Innovation

AMMAN — The National Centre for Research and Development (NCRD) held an online workshop titled “Launching the Virtual Living Lab For Public Procurement Innovation” on Wednesday, according to a NCRD statement. The workshop was attended by representatives from ministries, universities, research centres and the private sector. 
 


The workshop aimed to introduce participants to the concept of Public Procurement Innovation (PPI) and the activities of the Virtual Living Lab as part of the project "Technological transfer and commercialisation of public research results through PPI in the Mediterranean region”.

The project is financed by the European Neighborhood Instrument for Cross-Border Cooperation in the Mediterranean area (ENI CBC Med) and implemented by the NCRD in partnership with national research centres in Egypt, Tunisia, Italy and Spain.
