AMMAN — The national anti-human trafficking committee on Thursday approved the National Strategy for Anti-Human Trafficking for 2023-2026.
During a meeting attended by a number of senior officials, Minister of Justice Ahmad Ziadat emphasised that the approval of the strategy as a comprehensive national plan is an important step forward, as it will enhance ongoing efforts to combat human trafficking.
The strategy focuses on four key pillars: Prevention, protection, investigation and prosecution, and international partnership and cooperation, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.
