National flag to fly at half-mast in honour of Kuwait emir

AMMAN — Prime Minister and Minister of Defence Omar Razzaz declared a three-day mourning with the national flag flying at half-mast as of Tuesday, as a mark of respect for the late Kuwait Emir Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
