National Dialogue Group members visit northern border

AMMAN — Delegates from the National Dialogue Group on Monday visited several Border Guard units at the northern region and were briefed on the troops’ role in securing the borders and preventing infiltration and smuggling attempts.

The delegates were also briefed on the Border Guards’ humanitarian role in receiving Syrian refugees and providing them with basic needs and medical assistance.
