AMMAN — Al Mithaq Party (the National Charter Party) and Baptist Schools on Monday in Amman organised a sit-in against the heinous massacre that Israeli occupation perpetrated against innocent unarmed civilians, medics, children women and elders in the Al Ahli Baptist hospital in Gaza.

Secretary-general of Al Mithaq, Mohammad Al Momani, expressed deep sorrow and strong condemnation of the atrocities and massacres committed by the Israeli occupation forces in Gaza.

Al Mithaq Party condemns with harshest words the bombardment of civilians, mosques, churches, schools, hospitals and residential buildings, he added.

Members of parliament Haitham Ziyadin, Raed Smeirat, the assistant Secretary-General of the Al Mithaq Party Sanaa Mihyar, Baptist Schools Head Mistress Suha Jouaneh and Father Nabih Abbasi delivered speeches at the sit-in.

Speakers expressed pride in Jordan’s stance led by His Majesty King Abdullah, in actively engaging in diplomatic effort to garner diplomatic support for ending the war on Gaza, delivering humanitarian aid and denouncing Israeli attempts to force Palestinians out of their land.
