‘Ministry to respond to planned Brotherhood celebration in line with law’

AMMAN — The Interior Ministry on Monday said its response to a planned celebration by the Muslim Brotherhood group will be in accordance with the law.
Commenting on reports stating that the group is organising a ceremony on Friday, May 1, marking its 70th anniversary, the ministry said it will take measures to safeguard public order and ensure that the law is not breached by any party that is not legally licensed.
