Ministry launches probe into fight at juvenile detention centre

AMMAN — The Social Development Ministry on Sunday formed a committee to investigate a brawl that took place at Usama Bin Yazeed Juvenile Centre in Ruseifa.

The fight involved 17 detained minors whose arrest records include charges ranging from rape to terrorism and theft.

The juvenile offenders involved were referred to court for destroying public property.
