Ministry holds training on online complaint system

AMMAN — The Public Sector Development Ministry on Wednesday organised a workshop on the upgraded electronic system to receive complaints over public services at the Institute of Public Administration, a ministry statement said.

The workshop aimed to train liaison officers, ministries and government departments on using the online system and dealing with complaints from the public, the ministry’s spokesperson, Saad Amour, said in the statement.
