The aim of the tests is to assess the skills and capabilities of the students and evaluate the quality of the education process, he said, as reported by the Jordan News Agency, Petra.
Another session this month will target third graders in the subject of maths as well as reading skills, to evaluate the education process in early stages, Maani added.
According to the statement carried by Petra, the ministry will hold the examination sessions targeting the fourth, eighth and tenth grades in rotation, one every year, to keep track on the progress of the students and to help develop curricula.
