Ministry following up on murder of Jordanian in US

AMMAN — The Foreign Ministry is following up on the murder of a Jordanian citizen in California’s San Bernardino, head of the Foreign Ministry’s Operations Centre Sufian Qudah said on Monday.

The Kingdom’s embassy in Washington, DC, is following up with California’s authorities on the circumstances surrounding the crime, Qudah said, adding that the victim's family has been notified but have yet to decide on transporting the body to the Kingdom, according to a ministry statement. He expressed his deepest sympathies and condolences to the deceased’s family.
