Ministry finalising service guidebooks of 26 public agencies

AMMAN — Minister of Public Sector Development Khleef Al Khawaldeh on Sunday urged 26 ministries and government departments to name work teams in the fields of organisational development to review guidebooks prepared by the ministry to outline the services they offer.

The minister said in a statement e-mailed to The Jordan Times that the latest step paves the way to completing the ministry’s work in preparing guidebooks for government services, adding that the ministry has prepared guidebooks for 35 ministries and public departments covering a total of 1,375 services.
