Ministerial panel reviewing districts for governorate council elections

AMMAN — The ministerial committee entrusted with the preparation for governorate council elections and the implementation of the Decentralisation Law on Tuesday discussed reviewing the division of electoral constituencies for the governorate councils and the allocated seats, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Interior Minister Salameh Hammad said the review came upon requests and suggestions from the concerned authorities and organisations.
