Minister, Swedish counterpart discuss cooperation on juvenile social services

AMMAN — Social Development Minister Basma Ishaqat and Swedish Minister for Gender Equality, Children and the Elderly Lena Hallengren on Wednesday discussed means to enhance coordination and cooperation in the fields of presenting services to people with disabilities and juveniles.
Ishaqat said that Jordan has witnessed progress in women empowerment in terms of laws, policies and strategies, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
