Man dies in trailer truck accident

AMMAN/MAFRAQ — One man died and another was injured when a trailer truck overturned at the “joint port” area in Aqaba, according to the Civil Defence Department (CDD).

CDD personnel administered first aid to the injured man, whose condition was listed as critical.

Also on Monday, a four-year-old child was in fair condition after being hit by a car in Balaama, Mafraq, according to the CDD.
