Maan school built upon Royal directives inaugurated

AMMAN — Fatima Al Zahraa Elementary School was inaugurated on Thursday in Petra, Maan. The school, built upon Royal instructions in response to residents’ request, was constructed with the highest technical specifications, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

It contains 14 classrooms and a number of educational and service facilities. A total of 200 students are currently enrolled in it.

Deputy Prime Minister and Education Minister Mohammad Thneibat and Royal Court Secretary General Yousef Issawi attended the inauguration ceremony. Issawi heads a committee entrusted with following up on Royal initiatives.
