LH delegates meet with Georgian, Serbian counterparts at union assembly

AMMAN — The Lower House delegates participating in the 145th session of the Inter-Parliamentary Union Assembly — held in Kigali, Rwanda — met with their Georgian counterparts on Friday to discuss advancing bilateral relations between the two countries.
MP Haitham Ziadin, second deputy speaker and head of the delegation, said that both countries “see eye-to-eye” on extremism and terrorism, and the importance of joint efforts to combat them, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The Lower House delegates also met with the Serbian delegation, discussing means to enhance bilateral relations in all fields, mainly at the parliamentary level.
Ziadin said that the Kingdom's foreign policy is based on moderation, and enabling people to live in peace and security.
